Coach evaluations are used by the SSE Wild coach’s selection committees to assist in the selection process of potential coaching applicants for the coming season. The information provided here is held in the strictest confidence. The feedback assists the committee in the development of our coaches. Thank you for taking the time to complete this questionnaire.
