The SSE Wild and the Tournament Committee are pleased to invite application from your team to our 2009 Winter Hockey Tournament to be held in London, Ontario.
The Tournament, to be held January 9th – January 11th 2009, will be played in both the Western Fair Sports Complex and Nichols Arena. This is an “A/MD Tournament. No teams above these ratings will be accepted. You will be required to provide the Tournament Committee with proof of your Alliance or equivalent rating. The cost this year is $875.00/team Canadian ($875.00 payable in U.S funds for American teams)
This is open to ages from Major Novice to Major Midget. Please note:
*** THIS IS A FULL BODY CONTACT TOURNAMENT *** from Minor Atom to Major Midget. The Tournament will be structured as follows: Each age category will have two divisions, with four teams in each division. Your team will be grouped with three other teams. Each team plays against the other three teams. After your three games, the top two teams in each division will advance to the Semi-Finals. The winners of the Semi-Final matches will advance to the Championship game.
