• Online (Quickenrollment) applications MUST include a minimum credit card payment of $200. Applications submitted online without credit card payments are immediately deleted.
• If paying a deposit through Quickenrollment, final payment may only be submitted by cheque and mailed in, must include your Quickenrollment invoice with final payment cheque.
• If paying a deposit through Quickenrollment, we urge you to submit FULL payment with your initial registration, this will require credit card payment

OFFLINE REGISTRATION (FAX, MAIL, EMAIL SUBMISSION) – IMPORTANT INFO

• Do not submit an application, either online (Quickenrollment), by mail, by fax or any other means, without payment. Any application submitted without payment is discarded.
  
• Credit card payments are NOT an option for offline submission. If you want to pay by Credit Card, please register and pay through Quickenrollment online.
• Offline applications MUST include a minimum cheque payment of $200. Applications submitted online without credit card payments are immediately deleted.
• If paying a deposit by cheque, included with an offline registration, final payment may only be submitted by cheque and mailed in, must include a copy of your team information with your final payment cheque, clearly noted “Payment to our Account”. If you do not do this, your team may be mistakenly be registered twice.
• Deposits may be submitted until 60 days prior to the tournament, after 60 days prior, you are required to submit payment in full or your registration will be rejected.

• All applications must include a minimum $200 deposit. Paid by cheque if mailed and credit card if using Quickenrollment

• Please do not submit more than one application form, this could lead to your team being registered more than once.
  
• Faxing of applications is not acceptable because there is no way to include a payment
  
• Emailing an application is not acceptable because there is no way to include a payment
  
• Mailing of an application is acceptable if paying by cheque. Credit cards cannot be accepted with mailed in applications
  

Online applications (Quickenrollment) offer the most versatility as you can pay the deposit by credit card and the balance by mailing in a cheque, or pay the entire amount when you enter your order through Quickenrollment.
